In 2005, SISAL employs 26 persons who are under the authority of the executive bureau. The bureau is composed by 6 elected volunteers assisted by about ten members dispatched onto 2 sites:

The women are threaten to extinction

The victims of AIDS epidemic are mostly women in the region of Diana. 75 % persons being detected to be seropositive are women.

As frequently reminded, the change in attitude should be rigorous. Then the university students are encouraged to get through screening to get aware of their health condition.

The worldwide mobilization on fight against HIV/AIDS was not satisfying. The General Secretary of the United Nations revealed that the goal was not reached.
