- Reduction of the prevalence of AIDS/HIV IST on the vulnerable populations living in the Sisal programs intervention areas
- Increase of sound attitudes with regards to IST/HIV/AIDS among the highly vulnerable populations (prostituted, homosexuals…..).
- Decrease of the exclusion and increase of number of infected malagasy people been taken in charge (PLWHA)
