Through 2010,

• Reduction of the prevalence of AIDS/HIV IST on the vulnerable populations living in the Sisal programs intervention areas
• Increase of sound attitudes with regards to IST/HIV/AIDS among the highly vulnerable populations (prostituted, homosexuals…..).
• Decrease of the exclusion and increase of number of infected malagasy people been taken in charge (PLWHA)

The intervention areas:

In the capital, the low leveled neighborhoods in the town of Antananarivo and its surroundings.
In the province, the town of Tuléar and its surrounding touristic sites.

The beneficiaries:

In Antananarivo:

• Young pupils and young girls in recovery
• Workers in town both male and female and their customers
• Transvestites and homosexuals  
• Moving workers (truck drivers)
• The whole population of Antananarivo and Anosibe needing  IST/HIV/SIDA screening and care
• HIV carriers detected at health centers or revealed by partners

In Tuléar :

• Pupils from the public and private schools in the town of Tuléar
• Female workers in Tuléar and their customers
• Pousse pousse men
• Sailors and fishermen
• Moving workers (truck drivers)
• La whole population of Tuléar  needing IST/HIV/AIDS screening and care
• HIV carriers detected at health centers or revealed by partners
