In 2005, SISAL employs 26 persons who are under the authority of the executive bureau. The bureau is composed by 6 elected volunteers assisted by about ten members dispatched onto 2 sites:
In Antananarivo :
The program staff : 16 employees : 1 Coordinator, 1 Administrative and Financial Officer, 1 accountant, 3 doctors, 1 nurses, 1 social worker, 3 facilitators, 1 driver-facilitator,  4 supporting personnel 
In Tuléar:
The Program staff is composed by 10 employees: 1 Centre officer, 2 doctors, 1 nurse, 3 facilitators and 3 supporting personnel.

Material Resources:

• 2 health centers (Antananarivo, Tuléar);
• Medical equipment (poupinel, patient tables, Speculums, filing cabinet…);
• Office materials (computers, printers, power supply, telephone/fax, furniture, bookcases, photocopier...);
